    One the initial six months has ended. If you decide to stay in the program you agree that you will pay your agreed fee on a month by month basis until you confirm your cancelation with CFS Health via email at [email protected]

    SEVERABILITY
    If any term of this Agreement shall be found to be illegal, void or unenforceable, then that term shall be judged severable from this Agreement and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining terms.

    APPLICABLE LAW
    This Agreement is governed by the laws of Victoria and each party submits to the jurisdiction of the Courts of Victoria.
